  1. Northern Nevada Wildfire Relief

    Erica donated 100% of her August 2026 Amazon royalties to the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada’s 2026 Northern Nevada Wildfire Relief Fund, which supports local organizations providing wildfire relief and recovery assistance.

    This fire was close to home. Erica has lived in the area her whole life, and people she knows lost their houses. She helped tape the door seams at her partner’s workplace, a manufacturing plant, to keep embers out.

    Erica donated 100% of her January 2026 Amazon royalties to the National Network of Abortion Funds. NNAF is a collection of grassroots organizations that help people seeking abortion access.

    The Ephemeral trilogy is set in a forced-birth society, and its heroine is childfree. Erica has always been pro-choice and pro-healthcare, on the page and at the protest.
